The fall season is to photographers like tax season is to accountants. The demand is high and you work a lot of overtime!
With delivering over 3,100 edited images in the last three months, constantly communicating to clients, and keeping up with social media, blogging was just not on the top of my to do list haha!
This past fall was my busiest yet, and as I reflect, I am just so thankful for all the new and returning families I got to meet this year! I loved meeting each and every one, getting to know them & their story, and capturing sweet memories for them. In addition to family sessions for Christmas cards, I also had to privilege to photograph a wedding for one of my couples! You can find that post here!
I thought the best way to end this fall season was with one big giant blog post to showcase all my sessions since October at once! If you follow me on social media, you may recognize a few of these faces, but below is a fun compilation of a few photos from each of my sessions over the past 3 months!
Thank you for entrusting me with your family and your kids. Moms, I know how much thought and effort goes in to just getting everyone dressed and to the location on time! Not to mention hair & makeup appointments, new outfits, and making sure everyone has happy attitudes! 😉 You all are really amazing, every single one of you! Dads, I know taking photos isn’t always the best part of your day, but thank you for modeling leadership to your kids and coaching them through a moment that is so foreign to them. Because, kids, I get it! I know it’s weird to go out to the middle of a park or the desert and be asked to stand still, smile, and occasionally hold hands with the sibling that annoys you. I know it’s hard when you want to just go play and explore! So thank you, moms, dads, & kids, for allowing me into a small part of your life! It truly means a lot to me.
If you’re interested in booking a session with me, click here to send me a message! If you’re like me, and like to gather all possible information before reaching out, I’d encourage you to check out my “Frequently Asked Questions” page here!
